Pallet Repair Reman As a Pallet Repair Reman, you’ll build wooden pallets from recycled materials, deconstruct pallets and/or lumber, and repair damaged pallets to return them to service‑ready condition before consolidating and shipping them back to the customer. This role supports our organization’s sustainability goals. Pay and Schedule Hourly Pay: $15.16/hr or piece rate (average $25.00/hr) Shift: 1st Shift Monday‑Friday 7:00 am – 4:00 pm Location: 8221 East 96th Avenue, Unit C, Henderson, CO 80640 Responsibilities Utilize appropriate tools and methods to return damaged pallets to service‑ready condition Communicate effectively with Production Supervisors, Assistant Plant Manager, and Plant Manager Examine products after repairing to verify conformance to quality standards Maintain a clean and safe working environment that meets 48forty’s standards Build and repair the specified number of pallets once training is completed Work independently to achieve production quotas in the repair area safely Stack pallets or materials in the correct manner following inventory control instructions Check loads to ensure they are secure Qualifications High school degree or GED required Completion of a craft apprenticeship preferred Requires quick hands, attention to detail, and commitment to quality Observance of all safety rules and regulations Ability to communicate effectively Ability to solve practical problems and handle a variety of concrete variables in situations where standardized requirements exist Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form Demonstrated experience safely operating air‑driven, electric, pneumatic, and manual woodworking tools Previous experience in welding, lumbering, construction, carpentry, or roofing is strongly preferred Benefits Competitive Pay, Holiday Pay, and Daily Pay – access to earned wages before payday Referral Bonuses Long‑Term Career Advancement Paid Time Off Medical, Dental, Vision, Basic Life, AD&D, and Short‑Term & Long‑Term Disability insurance for Eligible Full‑Time Employees 401(k) Retirement Plan Great Team Environment Working Conditions Ability to work in extreme conditions, including heat, cold, and air particulate Repetitively lift up to 75 pounds and adjust body position to bend, stoop, walk, turn, pivot, and stand for entire shifts of varying lengths Noise level in the work environment depends on location Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) is required (eye protection, ear protection mandatory at several locations, safety shoes) Specific vision abilities required: close vision, distance vision, and color vision Good sense of balance and eye‑hand‑foot coordination 48forty Solutions is an equal opportunity employer. #J-18808-Ljbffr 48forty Solutions
