As a Front Desk Representative, you will manage a variety of administrative and customer service tasks in a fast-paced environment, ensuring smooth and efficient daily operations. Responsibilities: Greet and welcome guests and clients promptly and professionally. Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls efficiently. Schedule and manage appointments and meetings. Maintain the reception area to ensure it is clean, organized, and presentable. Handle incoming and outgoing mail and deliveries. Qualifications Requirements High school diploma or equivalent; additional qualification in office administration is a plus. Proven experience in a customer service or front desk role. Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
