Schedule & Coverage

• 52 physician hours and 36 APP hours of daily coverage at the flagship Emergency Department
• Mix of main ED and freestanding ED coverage preferred, with dedicated freestanding opportunities available for qualified candidates
• Physicians average approximately 1.5 to 1.7 patients per hour
• Efficient operations designed to support patient flow without sacrificing quality

Facilities & Technology

• Approximately 50,000 to 55,000 annual ED visits in a Level III Trauma Center

• Modern Emergency Department featuring private treatment rooms and dedicated acuity zones
• Strong specialist support and streamlined care pathways
• Ambient AI documentation integrated into the EMR, helping reduce documentation burden and improve efficiency

Compensation & Benefits

• Earn up to $504,000 annually with $300/hour guaranteed for nocturnist coverage plus $40,000 signing bonus
• Full benefits package: Health, dental, & vision; supplemental insurance options (short/long-term disability, accidental, cancer, life); retirement plans with employer match. 
• PSLF loan repayment eligibility, $3,000 annual CME allowance, Malpractice insurance with tail coverage, and Licensure and credentialing expenses fully covered
