With showrooms in Fort Myers and Naples, we design and install space-saving products that improve everyday living. Job Responsibilities Independently install custom closets with precision and craftsmanship Ensure design intent is understood and executed to client satisfaction Communicate effectively with designers, installation manager, and warehouse manager to confirm job details and verify materials Collaborate with the installation team to support Murphy bed and cabinetry installations when needed Maintain professionalism, high-quality standards, and customer satisfaction throughout every project Requirements Proven custom closet installation experience Proficient in using power and hand tools Ability to read and interpret design plans/blueprints Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail Capable of lifting up to 100 lbs safely Professional appearance and polite demeanor Excellent written and verbal communication skills Team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn additional products Benefits 401(k) 401(k) matching Bonus based on performance Competitive salary Free uniforms Paid time off Why Join More Space Place?
