We are seeking an experienced Utilities Maintenance Technician to provide hands-on maintenance and troubleshooting support for critical and clean utility systems within an aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Perform preventive and corrective maintenance on critical and clean utility systems.
Troubleshoot equipment failures, alarms, and system performance issues.
Support WFI, Purified Water, Clean Steam, Process Gases, Compressed Air, HVAC, and Chilled Water systems.
Troubleshoot and maintain pumps, valves, heat exchangers, filtration systems, piping, and associated mechanical equipment.
Perform equipment inspections, system walkdowns, shutdowns, repairs, startups, and return-to-service activities.
Complete work orders and maintenance documentation using CMMS.
Perform maintenance activities in compliance with GMP, SOPs, safety, and change control requirements.

Required Qualifications

Hands-on utilities maintenance experience in an aseptic pharmaceutical environment.
Strong mechanical maintenance and troubleshooting experience.
Experience with critical/clean utilities such as WFI, PW, Clean Steam, HVAC, Compressed Air, Process Gases, and Chilled Water.
Experience troubleshooting pumps, valves, piping, heat exchangers, and filtration systems.
Working knowledge of CMMS/work order systems.
Understanding of GMP maintenance requirements.
