This person will own reporting and financial modeling, build dashboards that surface critical insights, and provide leadership with the numbers needed to make confident, data-driven decisions.This is a full time, permanent entry or junior level position on a remote basis. We are looking for someone with Excel expertise, SQL skills, and experience working with BI tools.ResponsibilitiesBuild and maintain dashboards (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, or similar) that highlight key operational and financial metricsWrite SQL queries to pull, clean, and structure data for recurring and ad-hoc analysisOwn financial models including budgets, forecasts, and scenario planning, with reconciliations back to actualsTrack budget vs. actuals and explain variances with clear, actionable insightsAutomate reporting for core business metrics like revenue, margin, CAC, LTV, and cash flowPartner with leadership on board materials, investor updates, and strategic projectsCollaborate with finance, operations, and growth teams to scope data needs for new initiativesMust-Have SkillsBachelor's Degree in Accounting, Finance, or similarAdvanced Excel expertiseStrong SQL skills (able to join large tables, create CTEs, and optimize queries for BigQuery)Experience with BI tools (Metabase, Looker, Tableau, PowerBI, etc.)Comfortable with accounting fundamentalsStrong attention to detail and ability to translate data into a clear storyDaily use of AI tools in your workflow is a plusPython experience for data wrangling is a bonusNice to Have SkillsDaily use of AI tools in your workflow is a plusBasic Python experienceComprehensive health, dental, and vision insurance401(k) with employer matchUnlimited PTOSeniority levelEntry levelEmployment typeFull-timeJob functionFinance, Accounting/Auditing, and AnalystIndustriesSoftware DevelopmentJ-18808-Ljbffr
