Dining Room Supervisor

What you’ll be doing Assist the Dining Room Services Director in recruiting, hiring, and training associates. Ensure menus align with nutritional standards, government regulations, and internal procedures. Collaborate with our consultant dietitian for major menu changes. Review resident diet information, discussing requests and changes with residents and professional staff. Assure compliance with physician-prescribed special diets or make necessary adjustments. Celebrate holidays and religious occasions by serving appropriate foods that bring joy to our residents. Collaborating with the Dining Services Director in ordering and scheduling food and supplies. Ensuring timely delivery to maintain adequate amounts for our weekly menus. What you’ll bring to the table (literally and figuratively) High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. Supervisory experience in a food service setting recommended. Dietary Certifications as required per State Guidelines. Must be in possession of, or have the ability to obtain, a valid state driver’s license. Travel may be required as needed.
