Ggiata - Venice, located in the heart of Venice, CA, is on the lookout for a Front of House (FOH) Team Member to help us deliver exceptional customer experiences. What You’ll Be Doing As a FOH Team Member, you’ll play a key role in ensuring our guests have an outstanding experience. Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting and assisting customers with a friendly and professional attitude.
- Taking orders accurately and efficiently.
- Maintaining a clean and organized front-of-house area.
- Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth daily operations.
- Providing excellent customer service and resolving any guest concerns promptly.
To thrive in this role, you’ll need:
- At least 1 year of experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the food service or hospitality industry.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- A positive attitude and a team-oriented mindset.
- The ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A passion for delivering outstanding service to every customer.
