A healthcare professional is sought to provide dedicated 1:1 nursing care within a school setting in Minneapolis, MN. This role focuses on delivering specialized pediatric nursing support to students ranging from 1st through 10th grade. The ideal candidate will combine clinical expertise with compassionate care to meet the unique health needs of individual students, enhancing their safety and ability to participate fully in the academic environment. Key Responsibilities Deliver individualized 1:1 nursing care to pediatric students across multiple grade levels, including elementary and high school. Monitor and manage health conditions, medication administration, and emergency responses tailored to each student's needs. Collaborate closely with school staff, families, and healthcare providers to implement comprehensive care plans. Maintain accurate and detailed health records in compliance with school policies and healthcare regulations. Educate students and school personnel on health management and safety protocols. Desired Qualifications Registered Nurse (RN) with current licensure. Experience providing 1:1 pediatric nursing care in educational or clinical settings. Ability to work effectively with children of varying ages, particularly from 1st to 10th grade. Strong communication and collaboration skills.
