Job Responsibilities: As a Maintenance Technician specializing in HVAC &Facilities, you will: HVAC & Mechanical Systems – Maintain andtroubleshoot heating systems, boilers, refrigeration, ventilation, airhandlers, thermostats, controls, pumps, motors, and other mechanicalcomponents. Preventive Maintenance – Perform routine preventivemaintenance on HVAC equipment, building systems, and other mechanical equipmentto keep everything operating safely and efficiently. Repairs & Work Orders – Troubleshoot and completerepairs involving plumbing, lighting, equipment, and other general maintenanceneeds. Building Systems & Equipment – Maintain watersystems and set up, test, and repair facility and resident equipment. Safety & Reliability – Help ensure Cedar Community'sbuildings, systems, and equipment remain safe, functional, and reliable forresidents and team members. Qualifications: MaintenanceExperience – One to two years of related maintenance, facilities, HVAC, ormechanical experience preferred. HVAC Knowledge –Knowledge of commercial HVAC systems, including heating, boilers,refrigeration, ventilation, air handlers, thermostats, and controls. Mechanical Skills – Working knowledge of pumps, motors, belts, and other mechanical components. PreventiveMaintenance – Ability to perform preventive maintenance on HVAC and mechanical equipment.
