Farmers Insurance located in Salem, OR is seeking an outgoing, career-oriented professional to join our team. As a Farmers Insurance team member, you will build and develop customer relationships within the community to promote Farmers products including auto, home and life insurance....Established in 1928, one of the country's largest insurance groups with award-winning Claims Department available 24 hours a day, 7 days a week
Responsibilities
Meet new business production goals and objectives as established.
Solicits for new business via telephone, networking, and other lead sources.
Develop insurance quotes, makes sales presentations, and closes sales.
Be outstanding at relationship building.
Prospects for new business by following sales leads generated from referrals, networking, marketing, cold-calling, and lead databases.
Requirements
Property & Casualty preferred (must obtain prior to start)
3 years sales experience
High school diploma or equivalent
Strong attention to detail with time management
Solid computer, grammar and multi-tasking skills
