Position: Esthetician Schedule: Tuesday – Friday: 2:30 PM – 8:00 PM Alternating Saturdays: 8:30 AM – 4:30 PM Training (optional but preferred): Mondays, 8:00 AM – 3:00 PM Are you passionate about skincare and beauty? Key Responsibilities: Perform a variety of skincare treatments including facials, peels, waxing, and other esthetic services Conduct thorough consultations to understand client needs and recommend appropriate services/products Maintain a clean, organized, and welcoming work environment Stay up-to-date with the latest trends, techniques, and product knowledge Build and maintain lasting client relationships Support a team environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture Qualifications: Valid Esthetician license (state-specific requirements apply) or recent graduate eligible for licensure Passion for skincare and helping others Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Commitment to exceptional client service Willingness to learn and grow in a supportive environment Availability to train on Mondays preferred, but not required Benefits: 401(k) 401(k) matching Employee discounts on services and products Flexible schedule Paid time off Schedule: Second shift Alternating Saturdays Supplemental Pay: Bonus opportunities Commission pay Tips Why Join Us?
