With deep roots in Western Massachusetts and a growing presence in communities throughout the state, we are currently seeking a Behavior Management Monitor to join our ABA team and help advance our mission of empowering people to live healthier, more fulfilling lives in the Community Wraparound Program in Leominster!What You Will Do: As an ABA Technician, you will provide direct 1:1 teaching and behavioral support to children and youth using principles of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA). Implement treatment plans developed by a supervising Behavior Analysis, Coach parents/caregivers on strategies to reinforce behavioral goals, Monitor and document youth progress toward treatment plan goals. Participate in team meetings, including Care Planning Team (CPT) meetings Maintain contact with care providers, such as outpatient therapists or ICC teams. Complete timely and accurate documentation of service delivery and progress Maintain productivity targets and compliance with agency standards.Who You Are: High School GED Strong communication skills and a desire to support others RBT Certified (if you don't have the certification you must go through training process to get the certification) Knowledge of ABA principles and behavior intervention planning (preferred) Ability to implement behavioral strategies and work collaboratively with families Valid driver license and reliable transportation (required). Must be 21 years or older
