Learn to operate and monitor manufacturing equipment safely and efficiently. Work with team members to produce shipping boxes, retail displays, and other corrugated cardboard products. Inspect finished products for quality, accuracy, and defects. Maintain a clean and organized work area while following all safety guidelines. Meet production goals and support continuous workflow throughout the facility. Education Requirements High school diploma or GED preferred. Previous manufacturing or production training is beneficial. Preferred Qualifications Previous manufacturing, production, machine operation, or warehouse experience is helpful but not required. Willingness to learn machine setup, operation, and production processes. Strong attention to detail with the ability to maintain quality and accuracy standards. Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment. Previous manufacturing, assembly, production, warehouse, or industrial experience is preferred. Experience operating production equipment, performing quality inspections, or meeting production goals is beneficial. Knowledge of Lean manufacturing, continuous improvement practices, or workplace safety procedures is considered an asset. Individuals who demonstrate reliability, adaptability, teamwork, and a strong work ethic are well positioned for success as a Production Associate. Physical Capabilities Comfortable working in a hot, fast-paced manufacturing environment. Ability to stand, walk, bend, reach, and perform repetitive production tasks throughout the shift. Ability to lift materials, components, or finished products weighing up to 50 pounds. Ability to safely operate around production equipment and moving machinery. Ability to maintain productivity while working in fast-paced manufacturing environments. Ability to perform repetitive tasks while maintaining focus and productivity.
