Available Shifts

Evening: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM

Overnight: 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM

Weekends required

Position Summary

As a Front Desk Receptionist, you'll serve as the first point of contact for everyone who enters our community. Whether working the evening or overnight shift, you'll help ensure the front desk operates smoothly while providing outstanding customer service, maintaining security, and supporting residents and staff.

The ideal candidate is organized, professional, dependable, and comfortable working independently while remaining calm and attentive in a variety of situations.

Responsibilities

• Welcome residents, families, visitors, and vendors with warmth and professionalism
• Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls
• Monitor the front entrance and community activity
• Assist the Executive Team with administrative tasks
• Maintain visitor, incident, and communication logs
• Respond promptly to resident requests and concerns
• Follow established procedures during emergencies or unexpected situations
• Perform routine administrative and clerical duties
• Conduct scheduled security walk-throughs of the community
• Light cleaning tasks
• Deliver exceptional customer service to residents, families, guests, and team members

Qualifications

• Previous receptionist, front desk, customer service, or administrative experience preferred
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook, and Excel)
• Able to work independently and remain dependable during assigned shifts
• Professional appearance and positive, customer-focused attitude
• Experience in senior living or healthcare is a plus, but not required
• Must successfully pass a background check and be eligible to obtain an Arizona Level 1 Fingerprint Clearance Card
