ICU Float Pool Nurse

TriStar Health is seeking an experienced ICU Float Pool Nurse to deliver high-quality critical care across multiple intensive care units within our Middle Tennessee and Southern Kentucky network. In this full-time role, you will assess, plan, and implement complex nursing care for critically ill adult patients, manage ventilators and titrated drips, respond to emergencies, and collaborate closely with a multidisciplinary team. You will float to various ICU settings based on patient acuity and staffing needs, documenting care accurately in the EMR and supporting patients and families with compassion.
