Abacus Staffing is hiring experienced Forklift Operators for a Direct Hire opportunity with one of our most reliable customers in Shepherdsville, KY. Responsibilities

• Safely operate Reach Trucks, Sit-Down Forklifts, Order Pickers, and Counterbalance forklifts
• Load, unload, move, and stage materials throughout the warehouse
• Use RF scanners to track inventory and complete warehouse transactions
• Perform daily equipment inspections and report any maintenance needs
• Follow OSHA safety standards and company procedures at all times
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment
• Assist with general warehouse duties as needed

Qualifications

• Previous experience operating forklifts in a warehouse environment
• Experience using RF scanners and warehouse inventory systems
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Strong attention to safety and detail
• Forklift certification is preferred
• Ability to read, write, and communicate effectively in English

Shift Options & Pay

1st Shift

6:00 AM – 3:30 PM

$23.32/hour

2nd Shift

3:30 PM – 1:30 AM

$24.32/hour
