Join our dynamic team and help shape user-centered designs, optimize interfaces, and drive innovation within the healthcare recruitment space.User Experience Designer ResponsibilitiesDesign and Develop User InterfacesCreate wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity mockups to guide the development process.Implement responsive, accessible, and modern designs using front-end frameworks.Enhance User ExperienceConduct user research and usability testing to gather insights and refine designs.Optimize interfaces for performance, accessibility, and seamless interactions.Collaborate with Cross-Functional TeamsWork closely with developers, product managers, and stakeholders to align design goals.Provide constructive feedback and ensure a cohesive user experience across all platforms.Stay Ahead of UX TrendsResearch and adopt the latest UX design tools, trends, and methodologies.Champion user-centered design principles across the organization.QualificationsEducation & CertificationsBachelor's degree in User Experience Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or a related field (preferred).Skills & ExperienceProficiency with design tools such as Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, and InVision.Solid knowledge of HTML, CSS, and JavaScript for prototyping.Experience in React.js and Google Analytics highly preferred.Experience conducting user research and usability testing.Familiarity with accessibility standards (e.g., WCAG) and responsive design best practices.Excellent problem-solving, communication, and collaboration skills.Why Join Us?At mlee.com, we are driven by a mission to revolutionize healthcare recruitment through innovation and meaningful connections.
