CGS is seeking a skilled Personnel Security Specialist (PerSS) - Senior to support mission-critical operations for a federal client.

- Conduct background investigations and manage personnel security clearance processes. >
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams and stakeholders. >
- Analyze operational challenges and recommend improvements. >
- Develop documentation, reports, and deliverables supporting mission objectives. >
- Support continuous improvement, compliance, and operational efficiency. >
Qualifications:
Minimum of Over 10 years of relevant experience.
Active DoD Top Secret/SCI.
