Systems Engineer III – Microsoft Cloud & Infrastructure We areseekinga highly skilled Systems Engineer III – Microsoft Cloud & Infrastructure to serve as a senior technical resource for Microsoft cloud services, server infrastructure, identity management, backup and disaster recovery, and escalated support. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience in Microsoft technologies and MSP environments, with the ability to resolve complex technical issues, mentor junior engineers, improve technical standards, andprovidepractical guidance to clients and internal teams. This role focuses primarily on systems, cloud, identity, infrastructure reliability, documentation, and operational improvement. Primary ownership of networking, WAN, wireless,firewall, VoIP, and telecom platforms is expected to sit with a separate Network & Security role.
