About the Role

The Company is seeking a Vice President for Credit Review. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading and executing independent exams to evaluate the credit and financial strength of borrowers, ensuring that internal ratings and levels of credit exposure are in line with acceptable standards. This role involves continuous monitoring of credit portfolios, documenting findings, and communicating them to management and the Audit Committee of the Board. The VP will also be tasked with preparing work papers, monitoring adherence to documentation and risk mitigants, and ensuring that all exams are conducted in compliance with established policies and procedures.
