Eligible applicants will be reviewed and referred bi-weekly starting 01/30/2026 as vacancies occur or on an as-needed basis until positions are filled. Please upload transcript (official or unofficial) - Required The major duties and responsibilities of a Registered Nurse Transition-to-Practice includes but are not limited to:

• Delivering fundamental knowledge-based care to assigned clients while developing technical skills and competent practice while providing care to clients.
• Assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating care based on age-specific components.
• Assuming responsibility for the coordination of care focused on patient education, self-management, and customer satisfaction throughout the continuum of care.
• Administering medications and procedures per established policies and guidelines. Influences care outcomes by collaborating with members of the interdisciplinary team.
• Completing orientation according to expected standards.
• Working with close supervision, is responsible and accountable for individual nursing practice and seeks direction from others as needed.
• Managing workload as assigned, organizes, and completes own assignments in an efficient and appropriate manner
• Establishing a therapeutic relationship, allowing the patient to attain, maintain or regain optimal function through assessment and treatment.
• Engaging patients, families, and other caregivers to incorporate knowledge, values, and beliefs into care planning without judgement or discrimination.
• Participating in the development, implementation, and evaluation of interdisciplinary care.
• Demonstrating positive, effective communication skills and professional behaviors that promote cooperation and teamwork with internal and external customers.
• Participating in unit based educational activities and continuing education requirements.
• Incorporating patient preferences into shared care delivery decisions.

Pay:

Competitive salary, regular salary increases, potential for performance awards
