Cosetta is a new Italian restaurant and pizzeria from a highly acclaimed local chef with restaurants spanning Los Angeles.  We are open for lunch and dinner 6 days a week. The lunch menu is focused on salads, sandwiches, antipasti, and pizzas. The dinner menu features a variety of local fish crudos, small plates, blistered pizzas, and a few larger protein-forward mains. The wine list features low intervention bottles from smaller wineries whose ethos align with our own. All our bread is made in-house.

We are a small group of dedicated people trying to bring a little slice of heaven to Santa Monica. Our restaurant is guided by a philosophy of thoughtful execution and genuine hospitality. Every detail—from the design of the space to the menus we serve—reflects a commitment to delivering an experience that feels refined yet welcoming.  We’re not about trends or showmanship—we’re about doing things exceptionally well and building a team that takes pride in their craft while striving for continued growth.

What are we looking for?

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
• Ability to work at least 4 shifts per week, including 1 day time shift
• Ability to stand for for long periods of time (6+ hours, excluding break times)
• Ability to carry   up to 25 pounds
