AIA ML Engineer

"1. Job Title : Onsite Manager Project - Application Support/Maintenance2. Job Summary :? Strong knowledge in AWS Services, Informatica, Oracle & DB2 skillsets.? Serviced as IT Program/Project and managed Project Leads, development & Support engineers effectively.? Requires good understanding and hand-on knowledge on ITIL Process, Incident management, request fulfilment, Problem management, Enhancements, Application maintenance support with involvement in SDLC life cycle starting from requirements through deployment and post deployment support.? Requires ability to coordinate directly with clients, other vendors and support stakeholders for handling day-to-day project responsibilities.? Good knowledge in Autosys scheduler with very good hands on experience in troubleshooting batch failures.? Requires good communication and coordination skills with Prudential leadership.? Experience in coordinating multiple initiatives, prioritization and managing resources across different divisions.? Ability to support and collaborate with multiple internal stakeholders to meet departmental and organizational goals. ? Expected to work in the weekday (Mon ? Fri) in general hours and do on-call support in weekends in case of any production job failures or for maintenance window coverage.3.
