Job Description We are looking for a bilingual Customer Service Representative to join one of the top Farmers Insurance agencies in the state of Kansas. What You’ll Do As a CSR, you’ll be a key part of the day-to-day experience our customers have with our agency. You’ll work directly with clients to make insurance easier, clearer, and less stressful. Build genuine, long-term relationships with our customers — not just process transactions. Answer questions about policies, coverage, billing, claims, and account changes. Assist customers with policy changes, certificates, ID cards, payments, and other service needs. Review customer needs and identify opportunities to improve their coverage when appropriate. Communicate insurance information clearly and confidently in both English and Spanish. Follow up with customers and make sure issues get resolved. Work closely with agents and other team members to provide a seamless customer experience. Document customer interactions accurately and keep client information organized. Help resolve problems with patience, professionalism, and a "let’s figure it out" attitude. Learn our agency's systems, processes, products, and standards — and become someone our customers can rely on. Support the team wherever needed. Requirements What We’re Looking For *We are not looking for someone who simply wants a job where they sit behind a desk. We’re looking for someone who is: Bilingual in English and Spanish , with the ability to communicate professionally and comfortably with customers in both languages. Naturally personable and genuinely enjoys helping people. Confident on the phone and comfortable having conversations with all kinds of people. Organized and detail-oriented. Reliable and accountable. Comfortable learning new technology, systems, and insurance products. Able to stay calm and professional when a customer is frustrated. A problem solver who looks for solutions instead of reasons something can't be done. A team player who wants to contribute to the success of the entire agency. Requirements Bilingual in English and Spanish. High school diploma or equivalent. Ability to obtain and maintain a Kansas Property & Casualty insurance license.
