About the Role:
Join 8 NET INC as a Box Machine Operator, where you'll play a crucial role in our production process. We are looking for dedicated individuals who thrive in a fast-paced environment and are eager to contribute to our success in the packaging industry.
Responsibilities:
Operate and monitor box-making machines to ensure optimal performance.
Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting on equipment.
Set up machines according to production specifications and quality standards.
Inspect finished products for quality and consistency.
Maintain accurate production logs and reports.
Collaborate with team members to meet production goals.
Adhere to safety protocols and company policies at all times.
Assist in training new operators on machine operation and safety practices.
Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required.
Previous experience as a machine operator in a manufacturing setting preferred.
Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving skills.
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Basic computer skills for logging production data.
Attention to detail and commitment to quality standards.
Willingness to work flexible hours, including overtime if needed.
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude.
