Material Handler

Position Overview At GXO, we work in logistics and supply chain solutions. We look for talented individuals who can deliver high‑quality service. This role is a Material Handler working the 1st Shift, Monday through Friday, 06:00am – 02:30pm. Key Responsibilities Support operations by moving material and inventory throughout the facility. Use hand trucks, conveyors or other material handling equipment. Perform duties such as packing, scanning, kitting or counting products. Verify orders, label products and use a handheld scanner. Adhere to the 7S program. Maintain a clean environment at all times. Work safely to protect yourself and team members. Qualifications At least 18 years of age. Basic math calculations with or without a calculator. Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules and operating instructions. Preferred Qualifications 1 year of experience in a warehouse environment. Availability for a flexible schedule, including possible overtime. Experience with a handheld scanner. Positive attitude and ability to work in a team to achieve goals. Physical Requirements Lift objects up to 50lbs. Stand, sit or walk for prolonged periods. Bend, stoop, squat, twist, push and pull. Handle or manage tools or equipment. Tolerate hot or cold warehouse environments. Compensation and Benefits Hourly pay rate: $23.00 (Washington only). This rate may be modified in the future.
