RQBI Support Specialist: Customer Service & Systems Liaison

Argonaut Management Services, Inc

Argonaut Management Services, Inc is seeking a Customer Service Assistant to provide support for the Rate, Quote, Bind, Issue system. This role is based in Omaha, NE and requires onsite presence 5 days a week. You will assist product systems specialists, handle inquiries, and ensure excellent service to internal users and external agents. The position demands excellent customer service skills, a professional demeanor, and basic knowledge of standard office software.
