Whether you're welcoming an excited family kicking off their vacation or helping a road-weary traveler who just needs a smooth check-in and a smile, you show up with warmth, confidence, and a can-do spirit. As a Front Desk Agent, you will: Be part of the opening team of a brand-new TownePlace Suites by Marriott (yes, bragging rights included) Deliver memorable first impressions and friendly farewells every single day Welcome and assist guests in person and over the phone with professionalism and personality Confidently check guests in and out using hotel systems while handling cash and credit card transactions accurately Enjoy problem-solving and finding ways to make a guest's day a little easier Work alongside a supportive team that believes great service should feel genuinenot scripted The Basics You'll need strong English communication skills and be comfortable reading, writing, and speaking fluently. This role involves regular computer use and multiple software systems. Expect plenty of movement, standing throughout your shift, and the occasional need to lift or move up to 20 pounds.
