Schedule 3x12 Hour Night Shift (19:30 - 08:00); every other weekend required. Job Description We are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse for a fast-paced MS/Tele-ER Border role. The ideal candidate will be experienced in managing a wide variety of patient diagnoses, including complex emergency department admissions. The role involves providing patient care across multiple unit borders, including ER, MS/T, and IMC units within specialty and scope. Responsibilities Deliver high-quality nursing care to patients in a fast-paced environment. Float between ED borders and managed care units as necessary. Monitor and interpret telemetry data, manage IVs, and administer medications. Provide diverse patient care, including post-operative and chronic disease management. Actively participate in interdisciplinary team meetings and patient assessments. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) preferred; RN MD state license required. Minimum of 2 years of experience in a similar role, with charge experience preferred. Current certifications: BLS, ACLS, CPI, NIHSS. Experience with Epic charting system is preferred.
