Growth Marketing Manager Principium Psychiatry Midtown Manhattan, NYC (In Person) Build the Growth Engine Behind One of New York's Fastest-Growing Behavioral Healthcare Companies. Principium Psychiatry is a physician-led behavioral healthcare company redefining how outpatient psychiatry is delivered. We provide evidence-based psychiatric care, interventional psychiatry (TMS, ketamine, Spravato, ECT), psychotherapy, intensive outpatient programs, and forensic psychiatric services across multiple locations. We're entering an exciting phase of growth and are looking for a Growth Marketing Manager to build and lead our patient acquisition strategy. This is not a traditional marketing role. We're looking for someone who loves data, enjoys solving complex growth problems, and wants to own the marketing engine of a rapidly growing healthcare company. You'll work directly with the CEO and collaborate closely with operations, business intelligence, and clinical leadership to build scalable systems that generate measurable growth. What You'll Do Own and optimize patient acquisition across digital marketing channels. Manage paid search campaigns, digital advertising, and lead generation initiatives. Develop and execute local SEO and organic growth strategies. Improve website performance, landing pages, and conversion rates. Analyze marketing performance and build dashboards to track ROI, cost per acquisition, and conversion metrics. Partner with Operations and Salesforce to improve lead management and marketing attribution. Identify growth opportunities across psychiatry, psychotherapy, TMS, ketamine, IOP, and other service lines. Coordinate with external agencies and vendors while maintaining accountability for results. Design, test, measure, and continuously improve marketing campaigns through a data-driven approach. What We're Looking For Experience in growth marketing, performance marketing, or digital marketing. Strong analytical mindset with the ability to translate data into action. Experience with Google Ads, SEO, Google Analytics, CRM platforms, and marketing automation. Comfortable owning projects from strategy through execution. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Healthcare, behavioral health, or multi-location healthcare marketing experience is strongly preferred. Why Join Principium?
