• Large facility experience required, Level 1 Trauma experience preferred
• Conditional compliance will be allowed for credentialing proven to be in process
• Must have 4 years of well-rounded adult and pediatric experience
• Required Certifications: BLS, ACLS, PALS
• Preferred Certifications: TNCC, ENPC
