We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to join our team supporting customers and sales representatives with custom order processing, customer inquiries, and order management. This position offers the chance to learn a highly technical product line while collaborating with teams across Engineering, Warehouse Operations, Sales, and Customer Support.

You'll begin by gaining expertise as an Order Processing Representative, learning our systems, products, and processes while playing a critical role in delivering an exceptional customer experience.

What You'll Do

• Process customer orders accurately and efficiently using SAP and other business systems.

• Provide outstanding support to customers and sales representatives via phone and email.

• Prepare quotes, expedite orders, manage restocking requests, and resolve customer concerns.

• Research customer questions and coordinate with Engineering, Warehouse, and Operations teams to provide solutions.

• Troubleshoot order and product-related issues while ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation within company systems.

• Utilize Outlook, Excel, SAP, and CRM tools to manage daily responsibilities.

• Develop expertise in our products and become a trusted resource for customers and internal partners.

What We're Looking ForRequired Qualifications

• At least 1 year of customer service, customer support, or order entry experience.

• Strong computer skills and the ability to learn new software quickly.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Analytical thinking and problem-solving abilities.

• Positive attitude and customer-focused approach.

• Typing speed of 45+ WPM.

• High School Diploma or equivalent.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree.

• Experience with SAP.

• 2-4 years of technical customer service experience.

• Familiarity with manufacturing or industrial products.

• Mechanical aptitude or interest in hands-on hobbies such as automotive work, farming, machinery, or similar technical interests.

• Bilingual in English and Spanish.

Job Type & Location

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Waunakee, WI.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $23.21 - $23.21/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
