Diabetes Care & Education Specialist (CDCES)

Sanford Health in Minocqua, WI is seeking a Certified Diabetes Care and Education Specialist (CDCES) to educate patients on diabetes self-management, perform assessments, set goals, and implement behavioral interventions for improved outcomes. The role includes nutrition therapy, collaborative care with a multidisciplinary team, and supporting diabetes technology use.
