Part Time Leasing Manager — Lineage Property Group Lineage Property Group manages residential properties across the Wasatch Front. We're a small team growing fast, and we're building the kind of company where the people who join early get more responsibility, faster, than they would anywhere else. This role starts part time with a real path to full time within months. Responsibilities You will be the first impression for prospective tenants. You'll show units, answer questions, follow up on leads, and move applicants through to signed leases. You will be judged on how fast units get leased and how well you screen the people who move in. Nothing about this is passive. Who does well here You've worked in hospitality, serving, or property management, and you know what it feels like to be "on" for a shift You respond to messages within the hour, not the day You can be told you're wrong and fix it without getting defensive You track your own follow ups without someone reminding you You'd rather work three unpredictable hours than sit through eight easy ones Who should not apply People who need a manager standing over them to stay on task People who treat "part time" as "low effort" People who ghost a follow up because it felt like too much work that day People looking for a stepping stone they can coast through Compensation Performance based while the role is part time. As it converts to full time, pay converts with it. The better you perform now, the stronger your starting position when that happens. Hours ~20 hours per week, with real variability week to week depending on lease volume. Some weeks are quiet. Some weeks you're showing five units back to back.
