- Stay updated on market trends, emerging risks, and industry developments.
- Provide exceptional client service by offering strategic risk solutions and proactive communication.
- Work closely with senior leadership to contribute to business growth and innovation strategies.
- 2+ years of experience as a Junior Broker or Inside Broker at a national brokerage firm.
- Strong knowledge of wholesale insurance markets and risk placement strategies.
- Ability to analyze risk, negotiate coverage terms, and close deals efficiently .
- Tech-savvy mindset with a willingness to leverage AI-driven tools for enhanced decision-making.
- Excellent communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
- Active insurance license
