Job Description

Hero Restoration is a growing insurance restoration company looking for an experienced Field Technician to join our team. We are seeking a motivated, dependable individual with strong skills in drywall, painting, and finish carpentry who takes pride in producing high-quality work.

Our projects involve restoring residential and commercial properties following water, fire, storm, and other property damage. Every day is different, and we're looking for someone who can adapt, problem-solve, and deliver excellent craftsmanship.

Responsibilities

• Drywall installation, finishing, and repairs
• Interior and exterior painting
• Finish carpentry including trim, baseboards, doors, and minor framing
• Complete punch list items with attention to detail
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized job site
• Communicate professionally with homeowners, property managers, and team members
• Follow company safety procedures and quality standards

Qualifications

• Previous experience in drywall, painting, and carpentry is required
• Insurance restoration experience is preferred , but not required
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Reliable transportation to and from our office
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record preferred
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds and perform physical work throughout the day
• Strong work ethic, reliability, and attention to detail
