Store Manager

We're looking for a hands-on Store Manager to lead the daily operations of a Scooter's Coffee drive-thru kiosk. You'll run a small, fast-paced team focused on speed, quality, and friendly service. This is a great fit for someone who loves coffee, thrives in a busy environment, and takes pride in running a tight operation. What You'll Do Lead daily store operations, opening and closing procedures, and cash handling Hire, train, schedule, and coach a team of baristas Hit sales, speed of service, and labor targets Manage food and beverage inventory, ordering, and waste Keep the store clean, stocked, and up to brand standards Deliver a warm customer experience and resolve issues quickly Ensure food safety and compliance standards are met What We're Looking For 3+ years of management or shift-lead experience, ideally in coffee, quick-service, or retail Strong leadership and communication skills Comfortable with scheduling, inventory, customer service, and basic reporting Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure Open availability, including early mornings and weekends Must be able to stand for long periods and lift up to 30 lbs Established in 1998, Scooter's Coffee has distinguished itself as one of the premiere specialty coffee companies in the industry.
