Bar Assistant

We are seeking a polished and reliable Bar Assistant to join an upscale hospitality venue. This role supports bartenders and ensures the bar operates efficiently while delivering an exceptional guest experience. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, professional, and thrives ina fast-paced, high-end setting. Key Responsibilities Assist bartenders with preparation and service of beverages Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area at all times Restock inventory, glassware, garnishes, and supplies Ensure all bar equipment is properly cleaned and maintained Provide attentive and courteous service to guests when needed Follow all safety, sanitation, and alcohol service guidelines Support opening and closing duties as assigned Qualifications Active ABC License (required) Minimum 6 months of bar, restaurant, or hospitality experience Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-volume environment Strong attention to detail and commitment to cleanliness Excellent communication and teamwork skills Professional appearance and demeanor appropriate for an upscale setting Flexible availability, including evenings, weekends, and holidays What We Offer Competitive pay Opportunity to work with a high-end client Professional and supportive team environment Growth opportunities within the hospitality industry Pay Details: $15.00 per hour Benefit offerings available for our associates include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits and a 401K plan.
