Licensed Clinical Social Worker

Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center, located in Baltimore, Maryland, is a full-service academic medical center accredited by the Joint Commission. Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role for a Licensed Clinical Social Worker or a Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor at our Baltimore, MD location. The LMSW/LSCW or LGPC/LCPC will provide individual and group counseling for our patients with substance use disorders. Daily tasks include evaluating patient needs, developing care plans, collaborating with healthcare teams, and connecting patients with community and healthcare resources. Qualifications Knowledge and skills in addiction treatment counseling Experience in Case Management, including care coordination and resource navigation Strong expertise in Mental Health and Behavioral Health care Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Ability to work as part of an interdisciplinary team Master's degree in Social Work or Counseling from an accredited institution Current state licensure as a Licensed Masters Social Worker, Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Graduate Counselor or Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor Experience working in a hospital or clinical setting is preferred #J-18808-Ljbffr Johns Hopkins Bayview Medical Center
