Security Director
Job Summary:
The Security Director is a crucial member of the Northern Metropolitan Center team, responsible for ensuring the safety and security of our patients, employees, and facilities. As a key leader, you will develop and implement comprehensive security strategies, train and supervise security personnel, and maintain a thorough understanding of local, state, and federal regulations. Responsibilities:
Develop and implement comprehensive security strategies to ensure the safety and security of all patients, employees, and facilities
Recruit, train, and supervise security personnel to ensure they are equipped to handle various security situations
Conduct regular risk assessments to identify potential security threats and develop strategies to mitigate them
Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless communication and response to security incidents
Stay up-to-date with local, state, and federal regulations and ensure compliance with all security-related standards
Conduct thorough investigations of security incidents and develop corrective action plans to prevent future occurrences
Develop and maintain relationships with local law enforcement agencies to ensure a strong partnership and quick response to security incidents

Requirements:
Minimum 0 years of experience in security or a related field
Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to motivate and direct security personnel
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with patients, employees, and law enforcement agencies
Ability to think critically and make sound decisions in high-pressure situations
Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain confidentiality
