A respected, well-established San Diego law firm is hiring an experienced Paralegal to join its team. You'll work closely with attorneys on active matters from start to finish, playing a key role in case preparation, deadlines, and client service. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment and take pride in accurate, organized work, this is a great opportunity.


What you'll do:
- Support attorneys through every stage of a case, from intake through trial
- Draft and proofread pleadings, discovery, motions, correspondence, and other legal documents
- Prepare and manage document productions, exhibits, and trial binders
- Summarize depositions, medical records, and other case materials
- Conduct factual and legal research to support attorneys
- Calendar and track deadlines, hearings, and court dates
- E-file and serve documents in state and federal courts
- Organize and maintain case files and document databases
- Coordinate with clients, opposing counsel, experts, vendors, and court staff
- Help keep case work running smoothly for the attorney team


What you bring:
- 5+ years of paralegal experience at a law firm (preferred)
- Paralegal certificate or equivalent education
- Working knowledge of California court rules and filing procedures
- Experience with discovery, document management, and trial preparation
- Strong organization, time management, and attention to detail
- Ability to handle multiple deadlines and priorities with confidence
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and case management or e-filing software
- Professional, clear written and verbal communication
- A team-first attitude and a proactive approach
