We are looking for an enthusiastic server to provide an excellent guest experience. Our ideal server will be able multitask while exceeding customers' expectations. They will also have a solid base of wine knowledge to assist guiding our guests through our extensive wine selection. Our Wine Bar and Market is complete with a full kitchen offering small plates and shareable dishes. Compensation includes salary and tips. We pay a higher than normal hourly wage and our hours of operation at the bar, 11am-10pm, should be very attractive to those servers not wanting to work late nights.

Responsibilities:

• Interact with customers, take orders and serve food and drinks
• Assess customers' needs and preferences and make recommendations
• Check customers' identification and confirm it meets legal drinking age
• Stay guest focused and nurture an excellent guest experience
• Comply with all food and beverage regulations

Skills:

• Resume and proven working experience as a server
• Excellent knowledge of wines, beers and spirits
• Computer literacy
• Spanish fluent is a plus
• Positive attitude and excellent communication skills
• Ability to keep their work area organized, stocked and clean
• Relevant training certificate'
