Job Summary

A growing Florida law practice is seeking an Estate Planning & Probate Attorney to join its client-focused legal team in Venice, FL. This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an attorney who enjoys working closely with individuals and families, providing practical legal guidance, and managing estate planning and estate administration matters from start to finish.

Key Responsibilities

- Advise clients on estate planning strategies, probate avoidance, succession planning, and related Florida estate law matters.
- Draft, review, and revise wills, trusts, powers of attorney, healthcare directives, probate filings, and estate administration documents.
- Manage probate and estate administration matters from initial consultation through completion.
- Counsel personal representatives, trustees, executors, beneficiaries, and families throughout the estate administration process.
- Coordinate with beneficiaries, financial institutions, accountants, government agencies, and other professionals.
- Maintain accurate case files, monitor deadlines, resolve estate administration issues, and ensure matters progress efficiently.

Compensation and Benefits

- Salary range: $70,000 to $85,000 per year.
- Job type: Direct hire.
- Schedule: Full-time.
- Work arrangement: On-site.
