Shifts are scheduled Monday through Friday, with no weekends or holidays. Candidates must have a minimum of two years of experience. First-time travelers are welcome to apply. ACLS and BLS certifications are required. Experience with telemetry is also necessary. Understanding care protocols for arterial and venous access patients is crucial. Candidates should be proficient in managing and monitoring hemostasis of arterial and venous access patients. Charge nurse experience is a requirement for this role. This unit serves as a pre/post unit for various procedures. Knowledge of patient populations from interventional procedures is essential. Some patients will require telemetry monitoring, while others may not. Familiarity with same-day PCI patients is important. Candidates should have experience with arterial and venous access care, including both radial and ulnar access management. Monitoring skills for patients with arterial and venous access are imperative. This role is ideal for nurses experienced in pre and post care for relevant patient procedures. Telemetry readiness is necessary for all candidates. Familiarity with special equipment such as TR band and Femostop is beneficial.
