We provide service in Glendale, Burbank, Hollywood, North Hollywood, Northridge, Pasadena, Covina, Monrovia, Gardena, Los Angeles, and Altadena.We are seeking compassionate Caregivers to provide exceptional care and support to individuals with developmental disabilities who struggle with activities of daily living. Home Care Help provides a diversity of non-medical services to support seniors in their homes and meet the challenges of aging with dignity and compassion.Job Types: Part-time & Full TimeBenefits:Flexible scheduling – various shifts ranging from 4 to 8 hours per day 24 hours a day,OFFER: $1000 Full Time & $500 Part Time Hiring Bonus Paid online training 5 paid sick days (after 90 days probation) 3 paid holidays in a year Referral program Performance bonus, gift card Weekly PaycheckResponsibilities:Assist Clients with daily living activities Provide care and supervision to clients. Report to supervisor for updates Collaborate with clients and families for the best care opportunities Maintain a healthy and comfortable living environment Assist with dressing, grooming, bathing, and other personal hygiene activities daily Light housekeeping tasks, laundry, and meal preparation Medication Reminders Respite CareQualifications:Previous experience in personal care or other related fields preferred Compassionate and caring demeanor Ability to build rapport with clients Be in good physical condition Valid Driver's License and Reliable transportation (Preferred)Requirements: Must have HCA registration with the State of California (we can help you obtain) Must have legal authorization to work in the US and be at least 18 years of age Complete a Criminal Background Check (clearance from FBI and DOJ) TB Clearance Must be able to work some weekends First Aid/CPR certificate
