Physical Therapist

Health Advocates Network is currently seeking a Physical Therapist to work in Chowchilla, CA. These are registry positions with our company. Pay Rate: $68/hour *W2 Shift Details:

• Area: Medical OT-8HR Class: PT Shift: 1 Start: 07:30:00 End: 16:00:00

Qualifications:

• At least one year (12 months) of previous working experience within the last 36 months (3yrs) as a Physical Therapist
• Ability to handle physical workload
• Ability to build rapport with patients
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A valid and current CPR card (American Heart Association)
• Must have up to date credentials in the state of California

Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement physical therapy programs that focus on rehabilitation
• Work directly with patients to achieve maximum physical recovery
• Evaluate effects of therapy treatment and communicate patients' progress
• Record and document patient care services
• Collaborate with other team personnel to achieve well-rounded care
