About Our Agency

I opened my agency in 2003 and currently lead a team of seven. Before becoming an agent with State Farm, I spent 15 years as a District Supervisor for a fast food chain. I was looking for a career change that would allow me to own a business and make a greater impact - not only on customers, but on the lives and growth of my team. I stay active in the community by sponsoring local 5K runs, supporting school events, and participating in community functions with booths and outreach. Being visible and involved locally is an important part of how we connect with the people we serve. Our agency offers PTO, holiday pay, a Simple IRA, licensing reimbursement, and a strong focus on work-life balance. We believe in supporting our team so they can perform at a high level while still maintaining balance. Our office culture is built around a small, tight-knit group that genuinely enjoys working together and is always striving to improve. Responsibilities

• Communicate with customers to understand their needs and provide available product information.
• Assist in developing relationships with new and existing customers across multiple product lines.
• Support daily office operations, including documentation, scheduling, and follow-up activities.
• Participate in marketing efforts to promote awareness within the community.
• Maintain accurate records and ensure a consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with team members to achieve office objectives.

Qualifications

• Effective written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational abilities with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior experience in customer service, business support, or insurance preferred.
• Must possess or be able to obtain necessary state insurance licenses.
