Floor: Main Hospital Building
Staff Requirements: Total of 12-13 Registered Nurses (RNs) needed for full house
Patient Ratios:
- CM: 1:25 on floors, 1:20 in urgent care units
- Social Work (SW): 1:30 for ICU, 1:40 for floors
Equipment Utilized
- iPad
- Computer
- Cell Phone
Qualifications
Essential Skills:
- Hospital and/or case management experience required
Preferred Skills:
- Experience with Midas, Interqual, Meditech, and acute hospital case management
Typical Procedures
- Patient assessments and evaluations
- Discharge planning with patients and families
Ideal Candidate Profile
The best candidates will be:
- Independent and proactive
- Team players and facilitators
- Able to lead multidisciplinary rounds
- Friendly, with strong critical thinking and troubleshooting skills

Travelers are expected to work every other weekend and holidays in rotation with regular hospital employees. This opportunity offers a chance to work in a dynamic environment with a supportive team.
