Three full-time positions are available for the fall of 2026, perfect for professionals ready to make a lasting impact during maternity leave coverage. Each position spans approximately 12 weeks beginning in September, offering a chance to work onsite with elementary age groups, particularly those with high Autism and preschool populations (K-5th grades).

Collaboration is at the heart of these roles, as you’ll work closely with students, educators, and families to deliver quality therapy and maximize student potential.

Key qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Active NJ SLP License
  • Valid NJ Speech-Language Specialist (SLS) Certification
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly preferred
  • Clinical Fellows (CF) considered, but external supervision arrangements are required
  • Experience with Autism Spectrum Disorder, early childhood, or K-5 populations is a plus
  • SLPAs not eligible for this position

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting assessments, developing and implementing individualized therapy plans
  • Delivering direct speech-language intervention to meet IEP goals
  • Participating in multidisciplinary team meetings and collaborating with teachers/staff
  • Communicating progress clearly with families
  • Maintaining accurate documentation in compliance with school and state standards

As you lend your expertise, you’ll find yourself part of a supportive educational environment where student growth is celebrated. This is an onsite-only opportunity available at two elementary schools, with a third site to be determined.

Ready to apply your skills in a rewarding school setting? Submit your NJ SLP certification and updated resume today and embark on a fulfilling contract this fall—your expertise will help set students on the path to success!

Compensation for this position ranges from $47.13 to $67.13. Eligible candidates may also receive healthcare benefits, housing, and meals/incidentals. Full details of our healthcare benefits plan can be found here. This posting is open for 60 days after the posting date.
